Thanks for taking a look at my shop. I have been an artist as long as as I can remember. I love working with all kinds of materials and media. Over the years I have experimented with oil and acrylic painting, ceramics, jewelry, drawing, and sculpture but collage seems to always be the one I return too as my favorite. Maybe because I love to cut and glue. I am inspired by the collage process. For me it is so intuitive and direct. The process of creating layers, adding bits of paper, and painting and drawing on the collage can be fast and furious or slow and deliberate. Each each collage seems to direct me thru the process. Collage seems to me is a lot like life made of up of lots of pieces, textures and colors that I try and integrate into a harmonious composition. Hope you enjoy looking at my art.
